2025 Intro to Judaism

Intro to Judaism (... and a good refresher!)

Join us for Intro to Judaism on Sunday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Kol Tikvah!
 
Each week, through group study, activities, music, lectures, and discussion, we will explore the rich and complex set of beliefs and practices that over millennia have come to define and redefine what it means to be Jewish. As we explore the fundamentals of Jewish thought and practice we will do so through the lens of Progressive Reform Judaism. Over the course of our time together we will do introspective work and look at our own religious, spiritual, and cultural journeys. The class will be taught by temple clergy and education intern Paige Beame. This ten session class includes a Shabbat dinner and a graduation ceremony during the service. Students supply snacks and breakfast on a rotating basis!
