Pre-approved Vendors: Please notify Kol Tikvah at least 90 days prior to event with your vendor selection. You may use a vendor not listed on our Preferred Vendors, we just ask that you let us know 90 days in advance so that we may get vet them in advance. The caterers listed are pre-approved, we have their insurance information on file, and they know our kitchen.

Fees
Rental Fee with Member Discount: $3,000 (up to 4 hours*) Rental fee includes use of room, tables & chairs, dance floor, uplights, parking lot, security guard/s, room set up, clean up & maintenance
*Parties must end by 10:00 p.m. Optional Expenses: $200 Golf cart rental with driver Black or White Table Cloths $15.00 per cloth $500 Extra Set-Up (example: turning of room or use of more than one area)
Suggested gratuity of $100 to maintenance staff **All known fees to be paid upon signing. Optional add-ons will be charged within one week after event.
Important Information- Kol Tikvah requires a day-of coordinator for the day of your event. Coordinators can be found on our list of Preferred Vendors, or you can inquire about our in-house coordination service (Subject to availability).- All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed bartender; self-service of alcohol is strictly prohibited, and no alcoholic bottles may be placed on guest tables.
